At Crush Jewel, we take pride in crafting each piece of jewelry with care. To ensure the quality of our items and minimize returns, we strive to make every purchase a final destination. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and refund policies:
Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-Order, Custom-Made Items, One of a Kind Pieces, Stock Sale Articles, and Gift Cards

Final Sale: These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions: If you receive a defective product, incorrect stone color, or wrong size, we will send a replacement after the return is processed. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package to address any issues.
Returnable Items
Ready-to-Ship Items (Except One of a Kind Pieces)

Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The day your order is delivered to you is counted as day one.

Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We exclusively partner with DHL, and you must use the provided shipping label to return the jewelry. The return shipping cost, determined by DHL after shipping, will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable. Customs duties, if applicable, are also non-refundable and vary by country.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in Store Credit in your account from our website, valid for one year from the date of issue. You may find the account logging link on our front page, or copy this link https://shopify.com/71934017854/account
Return Process

Initiate Return: Email us at service.crush.jewel@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the jewelry and packaging.

Confirmation: Await our confirmation and further instructions.

Prepare the Package: Once your return is accepted, print and attach the provided DHL shipping label and customs invoice (if needed) to the package. Ensure that all documents are secured in clear plastic sleeves or taped to make them waterproof. If the package does not arrive due to improper labeling, we cannot process your return.

Drop Off: Take your package to your local DHL office or dropping point within 14 days of receiving your return label. Returns cannot be accepted after this period.

Proof of Return: Send us the proof of return shipping.
Note: The above steps only apply to items tagged as “ready to ship.” Other items such as made-to-order, stock sale, and One of a Kind pieces cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part, in which case we will offer an exchange, not a refund.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us immediately via email. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 7-14 working days.
Damaged or Quality Issues

Reporting Issues: If your jewelry is damaged due to quality or craftsmanship issues, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed.
General Information

Cancellations and Refunds: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds to your original payment method are not accepted.

Packaging Deduction: If the original packaging is missing, a deduction will be applied to your reimbursement: €6 for small packaging, €10 for medium packaging, and €20 for large packaging.

Right to Refuse: Crush Jewel reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the product and packaging are not in their original condition.
