We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This includes:

• Faulty clasps or closures
• Soldering defects
• Loose stone settings (if applicable)

If your jewelry experiences an issue related to craftsmanship, we will happily repair it at no cost within this warranty period.

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear
• Tarnishing or oxidation (this is a natural process for silver)
• Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or accidents
• Scratches, dents, or breakage due to improper storage or handling
• Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

Please email us with:

1. Your name and order number
2. Photos of the issue
3. A short description of what happened

We'll review your request and respond within 24-72 hr (except weekends.)

For approved warranty repairs, we will cover all shipping cost.

If the jewelry piece requires service, repair, or adjustment, and is outside of the warranty period or condition, the customer is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with shipping the piece to our studio.

To protect your valuable item, we strongly recommend using a track able and insured shipping service. Crush Jewel cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit to our location.

If your Crush Jewel piece needs care after the 6-month warranty has expired, we’re happy to offer repair services at a fair cost.
