Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This includes:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Soldering defects
  • Loose stone settings (if applicable)

If your jewelry experiences an issue related to craftsmanship, we will happily repair it at no cost within this warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Tarnishing or oxidation (this is a natural process for silver)
  • Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Scratches, dents, or breakage due to improper storage or handling
  • Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

How to Request a Repair or Claim

Please email us with:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. Photos of the issue
  3. A short description of what happened

We'll review your request and respond within 24-72 hr (except weekends.)

Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for shipping the piece to us. We recommend using a trackable service.

For approved warranty repairs, we will cover return shipping.

What We Can Repair:

  • Broken chains or jump rings
  • Re-soldering open joints
  • Replacing missing ear posts or hooks
  • Surface refinishing or polishing
  • Re-shaping bent rings or bangles
  • Loose stone setting

If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’re happy to assess the damage.

Cost & Shipping:

  • Repair prices vary based on the work needed.
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping both ways.
  • Before you ship the jewelry to us, we will provide a budget for your review.
  • The cost must be paid in full before repair.
  • All repairs are done with care in our Barcelona studio.
