Please keep in mind that if you order more than one item and one of them is a "PRE ORDER" item, the parcel will be sent when the pre-order item is ready.
At Crush Jewel, we allow returns for ready-to-ship items within 14 days of receipt, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.
Refunds are provided as Store Credit, and returns must be processed through DHL with the provided shipping label.
You may find your Store Credit in your Shopify account on our website. The store credit has no time limit.
Non-returnable items include made-to-order, One of a kind pieces, custom-made pieces, stock sale articles, and gift cards, unless a defect or error has occurred.
