To help you choose a gemstone, here are the different facet types we offer:
A. Cabochon Cut: The stone is cut flat on the bottom with a smooth, curved top. This cut gives a soft glow and works best for opaque gemstones.
B. Brilliant Cut: A diamond-style cut that maximizes the sparkle of the gemstone. This cut works best with transparent or translucent stones.

At Crush Jewel, we allow returns for ready-to-ship items within 14 days of receipt, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.
Refunds are provided as Store Credit, and returns must be processed through DHL with the provided shipping label.
You may find your Store Credit in your Shopify account on our website. The store credit has no time limit.
Non-returnable items include made-to-order, One of a kind pieces, custom-made pieces, stock sale articles, and gift cards, unless a defect or error has occurred.
