At Crush Jewel, we allow returns for ready-to-ship items within 14 days of receipt, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.
Refunds are provided as gift cards, valid for one year, and returns must be processed through DHL with the provided shipping label.
Non-returnable items include made-to-order, One of a kind pieces, custom-made pieces, stock sale articles, and gift cards, unless a defect or error has occurred.
